Sales Support Specialist

We are hiring sales support specialists that can perform administrative responsibilities for sales teams. You will monitor key performance indicators and complete mundane tasks to ensure timely delivery of sales initiatives. You also will assist in scheduling appointments with customers as well as in conducting necessary follow-ups on orders.   • Responsibilities

    • Assist team members in achieving quotas
    • Conduct follow-ups via phone call and/or email
    • Gather customer leads and assign them to the sales team
    • Input sales data to the database
    • Process sales orders and monitor KPIs
    • Report unexpected behaviors to the management
    • Schedule customer appointments and events
  • Qualifications

    • College graduate 
    • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Dependable teamwork and organizational skills
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Experience in clerical work
    • Fast typing speed
    • Preferably with a degree in Business
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Tech-savvy

    • Desktop or laptop computer
    • Hardwired Internet connection and backup
    • Headset and webcam (for meetings)
    • Neat and noise-free environment
